Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We only ship to US destinations - however international shipping is available but please contact us directly.

US Shipping
We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using our tracking system or directly through the carrier's website.

We ship exclusively through UPS for reliable and secure delivery.

Packaging & Protection

Your sneakers are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Original shoe boxes are protected in sturdy shipping boxes
  • Bubble wrap and protective materials prevent damage
  • Tamper-evident packaging for security
  • Fragile handling when necessary

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us immediately:

  • Damaged packages upon arrival
  • Missing or incorrect items
  • Delayed deliveries beyond expected timeframe
  • Package marked as delivered but not received

Return Policy

By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final. Except as expressly provided herein, all sales are final and non-refundable. Returns, exchanges, and order cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions. A return and refund may be authorized only if:


a. The product received is determined to be inauthentic, or
b. The product was delivered in a condition materially different from that described at the time of sale.


Return Procedure.

To request a return under the above exceptions, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 7 days of delivery and provide sufficient documentation or evidence supporting the claim.

Upon authorization, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller for inspection. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Inspection and Verification.

The Seller will conduct an inspection to verify that:

a. The returned product is the same item originally sold, and
b. The condition of the product is consistent with how it was shipped to the Buyer.

Refunds.

If the Seller determines, at its sole discretion, that the product is inauthentic or was materially misrepresented, the Buyer will be issued a full refund of the purchase price. If the product is verified as authentic and accurately described, the return will be denied and the item will be shipped back to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense.

Limitation of Liability.

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, purchase, or use of any product.

Summary of Return Conditions

  • All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances, except in the following cases:
    a. The item received is not authentic, or
    b. The item was delivered in a condition materially different from the condition described at the time of sale.

  • Return period: Returns are only eligible within seven (7) business days of delivery. After this period, return requests are void due to external risks such as potential shoe swapping, wear, or alteration after receipt.

  • Condition verification: All approved returns will be subject to an inspection process to verify that:

a. The returned item matches the original product sold, and

b. The condition of the item is consistent with how it was described and shipped.

  • Refunds: If the product is confirmed to be non-genuine or inaccurately described, a full refund will be issued. If the product passes our thorough inspection, the return will be denied, and the item will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense.
